Title: Draftsperson / CAD Technician

About TGR (Tecni Global Rack S.L.)
TGR (Tecni Global Rack S.L.) is an engineering company specializing in the design and testing of storage systems. The company has recently become part of the GMH (Gonvarri Material Handling) Group, which now holds a majority stake. We are looking for an experienced Draftsperson / CAD Technician to join our team, with proven experience in developing projects within the storage systems sector, preferably involving automated storage systems.
Minimum Requirements
- More than 6 years of experience in a similar position.
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD 2D.
- Good user-level IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with BIM software, preferably Tekla Structures.
- Knowledge of manufacturing and installation processes related to the various components used in storage systems.
- Proactive approach to proposing solutions that improve project execution and workflows.
- Fluent English skills will be considered a strong advantage.
Main Responsibilities
- Work as part of the engineering team under the supervision of the Engineering Department.
- Manage and coordinate all drafting-related activities throughout the project.
- Prepare AutoCAD 2D project drawings, including:
- General arrangement drawings.
- Manufacturing drawings.
- Installation drawings.
- Prepare design Material lists.
- Contribute to the future implementation of BIM workflows within the company.
- Occasional quality control visits to manufacturing workshops and active construction/installation sites.
